First Cross Piece
Lets take the first piece, we shall make it the edge piece with white and blue stickers on. There is only one place it needs to go, that is, between the white and blue centers.
White and Blue Piece Solved
There are many places the piece could be, but we can group them into 5 possibilities and solve accordingly:

Piece is on the bottom layer. The white sticker is on the bottom.

If the white is already on the bottom, we just need rotate the bottom layer so that the blue aligns with
the blue center.

Piece is on the bottom layer. White sticker is on the side. |
Rotate the bottom layer so that the blue and white piece is sandwiched between the red and white centers.
Now rotate the red centered side, so the piece moves out to the side and the blue sticker aligns with the blue center. Now rotate the blue side to put the piece back in the bottom layer in the correct location.

Rotate the side with the blue sticker a quarter turn so that piece moves into the bottom layer with the white sticker on the bottom.
Now rotate the bottom layer to align the blue sticker with the blue center.

Rotate the top layer
so that the blue sticker lines up with the blue center. Now rotate this blue side 180 degrees so that
the
white is in the bottom.

Rotate the top layer so that the white sticker lines up with the red center. Now rotate this red center side so that the blue sticker
aligns with the blue center. Finally rotate this blue side so that the white is on the bottom.
