Settings

Clicking on the cogs icon on the menu bar will bring up the settings screen with the following options:

Mode - Select between creator and user mode. User mode has reduced functionality to avoid accidental deleting/modifying of remotes. Creator mode has the apps full functionality, which also allows creating, modifying and importing/exporting of remotes.

Sound On - Turns sound effects on.

Vibrate On - Turns vibration effects on.

Stay Awake - Stops device from sleeping whilst app is running.

Remote Name Visible - Determines if the remote's name is shown above the remote in edit and run modes.

Confirm Delete of Remotes - If checked, an extra step of confirming an "Are you sure?" dialog box is required to delete a remote.

Confirm Delete of Buttons - If checked, an extra step of confirming an "Are you sure?" dialog box is required to delete a button.

Auto Close Menu Bar in Run Mode - If checked, the menu bar will close after a few seconds in run mode. Clicking the tab at the end of the menu bar will open or close it otherwise. In Edit and List modes, the menu bar is fixed open.

Add Remote from Text - Option to load remotes by pasting the text file contents describing the remote(s).

Recent Error/Other Messages - Shows a list of messages that have appeared in the App. If you didn't get time to read an error message thoroughly when it was first shown, you can use this to view them.

Delete All Remotes - Only in creative mocde, you have the option of removing all remotes with this button.

Reset Defaults - Restores the settings back to their defaults. It will also restore the default original remote if that option is selected in the dialog box that appears.
