Connecting using Bluetooth Classic
From the main screen, click on Connect and then on Bluetooth Classic to access the Bluetooth classic connection controls.
1. Turn Bluetooth On
If Bluetooth is not already enabled on your device, you can enable/disable it with the Bluetooth icon on the top left of the connect screen. A pop up will probably appear to let you know that you want to turn Bluetooth on.2. Discover
You need to make sure you turn on power to your circuit so that the LED on the Bluetooth module starts flashing. Click on Discover and give the Android some time to search for Bluetooth devices. Any discovered devices will appear in the list below. Select the one that you want to use (its probably called HC-06). Once the Android device has had enough of searching, the discover button will be enabled again.3. Pair
Select a device from the list of discovered devices and click pair. When requested you will need to enter a pin number, which is usually 1234 for these devices. Once paired, the device will appear on the right hand side list of paired devices. If this doesn't work - 1) exit the app and go into the android settings 2) find the Bluetooth settings 3) Search for and pair to the device 4) Run the app again, the device should now be listed in the paired devices list.4. Connect
Select the device you want to connect to from the list of paired devices and click connect. Be patient, sometimes connection is instantaneous, sometimes it takes a while. The status bar at the top will indicate once it is connected.Note that turning Bluetooth on, discovering and pairing devices can also be done from within the Android settings. If having difficulty, try using those settings to get paired and then come back here only to connect.
If you want to disconnect (done on exiting app or initiating connecting to another device anyway), a button is available top right once connected.
Once connected, click back, or done to return to the main screen where the Run button should now be enabled and you can test out your project.
